MES End Activity Customisation doesn't work on all companies

Hi everyone, bit of a strange one this. Or at least it seems strange to me. I have a customisation to the MES End Activity Screen.
This is working well, but only for one company, when I switch companies I only get the base form.
I have set the MESCustomMenuID in the client Sysconfig and have verified that the custom menu is available to both companies but when I run MES in Customisation mode the Process Calling dialogue shows nothing for the MenuID value so clearly it’s not using the menu specified in the client sysconfig.

Anyone had a similar issue to this?

Process Calling Maintenance is not Global it is company-specific, make sure you have it configured per-company.
