10.2.500.32 - We have a customization on the Main MES form. This works for the production database. We copied production down to the Test database recently. The customization does not work for the Test Database. MES shows up with the ‘base’ form.
I’ve modified the sysconfig file to use the custom MES Menu ID. I’ve cleared the client cache and deleted the ProgramData\Epicor directory. I’ve removed the menu process and calling process and rebuilt them in the Test database and it still pulls the ‘base’ form. Any ideas?
Look at the Test.sysconfig file on your C:Drive or wherever you have epicor files at.
Make sure that the test.sysconfig file is pointing at your UDMES1 Process menu like your live.sysconfig file is.
