We have a scenario in MES where people end activity for a job at the end of the day and then immediately clock out for the day but the system doesn’t appear to recognize the employee clocked out for the day. The end activity on the job is recognized and applied as expected. This does not happen all the time but is becoming more frequent.
Has anyone else run across this?
We are wondering if there is a time lapse with the end activity that is causing the clock out to be ignored. The latest incident occurred when we had multiple users ending activity on a shared Job/Operation in the same timeframe.
We had that happen in 10.2.400. I had a case put in and couldnt get it figured out. 10.2.600 it was gone for us.
We are on Kinetic 2021.2.13 (Base Version 11.1.200.0)
