I'd be glad to help in any way I can. I see Ted uploaded the install docs for 3.0. If you get stuck, let me know.
If you use Crystal at all with ODBC, you'll also want the following .reg fix for the "Unable to Understand after Declare" problem. If you're using version 3.6, this would be the file.

This file is for using in Access 2000 with Merant 3.6. Never used it, but Ted has it on the Egroups Files under MISC.
