Menu Security On Test Databases in 4.0

Thanks Patrick. That's already happening. I had been hoping to find a way
to avoid copying over top of any changes that had been made to the test db.
But I checked with a few users and decided, "What the hey - wipe it out".
(Made bup copy first). Thanks again.

We have a test database called vntgteam set up in 4.0. The menu security
settings in the live database were changed after setting up the test
database. If I want to make the same changes to Menu Security in the test
database that I have in the live database, do I have to change the Menu
Security settings for the test database all over again separately from the
settings for the live 4.0 database? It looks like it to me. Is there an
ini file of some kind I can copy from the live database to the test database
to bring up the menu security settings without changing them all over again
for each user?

Gary,

The menu security is carried within each individual the database. The same
is true for users and passwords.
If you just copy over the database again, everything will be just the same
as the original database.
You would want to go in and change the company name so you could tell it was
a test database.
