Is there a way to find out what menu options are all accessible to certain security groups? For example, we have a security group "AP Entry" and would like to know what are all the menu item accessable to this security group.

There is a built in security report – you can filter by group or user I think…But, it is pretty hard to wade through…You could build a dashboard and tracker to filter…
