Think you want to create a Dashboard with your BAQ, then add the dashboard to the menu.
Will,
@knash is right. BAQ’s cannot be published to the menu directly, they need to at least be contained within a Dashboard.
However, before creating a dashboard, something to consider is how the BAQ data is to be used. It maybe better to ‘publish’ the BAQ via a BAQ Search or a Quick Search. For instance, if Customer Service needs to see all the Sales Order Lines where the Part is set to InActive, Run Out or Hold then you would create the BAQ for that, but then ‘publish’ it in a BAQ Search by going to the BAQ Search tab in the BAQ and selecting the key fields where you want the BAQ Search to show up. Then Customer Service would just do a Sales Order search (they are in Order entry all the time anyways), click on the BAQ Search tab, select your BAQ and hit search and there is a list (with all the columns you added) of the Orders they should review. That way it can fit into their process. Otherwise, they would be bouncing back and forth between the dashboard and Order Entry. Now that’s my example, but it’s something to consider so you can avoid Dashboard Armageddon.
I did a session on Epicor Searches at Insights this year and I covered this type of scenario and other creative ways to use many of Epicor’s built in search functionality;

@Rick_Bird That is some good info and food for thought for sure. I’ll go over this very closely. I noticed I was searching for the BAQ and not the report name. Sigh…I know better than that! LOL! Anyway, its up and working. But I think the search idea is well worth the investigation.
