Menu Launch Exception

We have an dashboard developed by ourselves. Only one user cannot launch the dashboard and get the following error. Other users in the same security group can access it without any issue. We also tried rebuilding the assemblies. Anyone knows why and please help. Thanks.

Inner Exception Message: Assembly Ice.UI.App.DWP_HT_PART_NOP1.dll can be found, but cannot be accessed.

Please contact System Administrator and rebuild all AppBuild Dashboard Assemblies.

Just curious have you already tried these?

  • deleting user personalizations for the dashboard
  • and “Clear Client Cache” and logging the user Off/On E10?

I know I forget the simple stuff sometimes…
