can you any one help me, how to bring the customer memo form through dashboard button click.

Could you make another Grid / Column to the right a small one that Queries the Memo Table and as the user clicks each row they can read the Memo notes in a Tracker on another Panel instantly?

i need to call the customer memo form , to write the memo.

Running a trace while clicking on the memo button in a screen would be my first step to find out what is being called. Once you have that info, I would look at using a customization on the dashboard for the button.
