By chance was the default printer changed? Make sure the default printer in Windows is the thermal/barcode printer.

OK, so it is just one specific type of barcode label or is it all of them? Do you have other thermal printers that are also exhibiting the same thing? This just started happening and it was fine last week?

Yes tried that no luck
Do a Print Preview.
What size of output does it show? The same as the label you have? Or does it look like a full sheet of paper?
Change printer’s paper size or form size as needed. Both in Preference and on the advanced tab.
Or try making label printer default printer after you are
sure the paper/form size is correct for the printer.

Page Setup.
If 2x3, set is as 4x4
Id 4x6 set it as 4x10
