Material queue manager access

Where do you give access to the material queue manager? I can’t seem to find it.

  1. Menu security on the menu item…e.g Security Groups
  2. Employee ID Number in User Account Security Maintenance → Company - > Detail → Employee

This would allow access to the Material Queue Manager…
