DMT can do that.
Thank you Utah. I used DMT for non UD fields. I am not sure DMT can be used for User Defined Fields (UD fields).

Here is a picture of the template builder where you can choose what fields you want to dMT and it will output a template so you can fill it out and easily reference it for upload.
Notice that the field I have in the window is a UD field. I just used this same template last week to update this field on a few hundred parts.
