I am being asked by the floor if there is any way to issue one material to many jobs at once. In our paint department they paint 8-10 jobs at a time with the same paint then have to go issue the lot tracked material to each job separately. Is there any way to make this less time consuming?

An updateable dashboard, where they enter a PartNum and it list all the open Job Materials using that part, and they just enter the Lot Num?
If the Lot Num was is on the “part” (your paint container) in a barcode format, a cheap $30 scanner could let them just scan it, to further reduce data entry.
