Hello, Wondering if anyone has been Enrolled into “UPS Paperless Invoice” to do international shipment.
How is it working out for you? is it hard to do? what steps you have to take to do electronic substitution for the commercial invoice?
We use UPS Paperless Invoice as it does allow for most of our shipments to be cleared through customs without having to wait for the package to arrive, find the paperwork, check the paperwork and then clear.
I would suggest you contact your UPS rep and have them walk you through the process on their side. I believe someone has to sign documents with UPS . We have been paperless using Manifest at least for 3-4 years if not longer.
