During the past week we’ve had numerous Manifest (UPS Collect /FedEx Collect outages and inability to access our account) issues. By chance, have you had any similar issues this past week?
We had issues on Monday. Epicor said it was an issue on the UPS side of things. Seems to be working now though.

Fedex had a massive outage last week starting over the previous weekend. We got tracking numbers, but rate information could not get pulled in and as a result a number of shipments went out to customers @ $0 ship cost prior to us noticing. I am sure we will get billed from Fedex for them tough.
