Just curious, does anybody know of a way to make Reason Codes Inactive other than creating a UD field? I understand I would have to modify the filter in the combo boxes if I went with the UD Field route but I’m hoping there something out of the box that would work.

I took a look and I didn’t see anything obvious, however you could always create a BPM to stop the transaction where the Reason Code would be saved.
Depending on what the Reason Type is, you can just uncheck the selections that you have chosen for that particular code and it will no longer appear as a choice in the dropdowns.
I’ve found changing the description of the reason code to “zReasonDONOTUSE” atleast puts it at the bottom of the drop down list and users can be trained to not use it.
Unfortunately that doesn’t work for Inv. Adjustment Reasons Codes.
Yes, for Inventory Adjustment Reason Codes you can only exclude them from the Quantity Adjustment screen.
Does anybody know what the “JDFWorkType” column is in the ReasonCode table? I can’t find documentation on it.
