We are having an issue where the Bill of Lading Print pop-up window is hiding behind all other Epicor windows after printing. Then you can go back to the BOL form and generate another BOL and try to print it, but this just prints the last BOL that was generated, because the user never closed that original print pop-up window.
The Order Entry form does not do this. It won’t even let you go back to the form if the Print pop-up window is open.
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get the Bill of Lading form to act like the Order Entry form and not let you back to the form without closing the print pop-up window?
