Maintenance Job Entry - Purchasing Materials?

Hello, anybody have any advice on how to purchase materials for a “Maintenance Job” on a PO? We are trying to roll-out the maintenance portion of Epicor and buy equipment to a Maintenance Job, but it doesn’t let us put a “Unit Cost” on the item because it’s “grayed out”, nor does it show up on “PO Suggestions”.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’ll defer to more experienced Maintenance Module experts, but did we try Job Material for the PO Line Type?

Also, did we add Material to the Maintenance Job?

Exactly what @Mark_Wonsil asked above. If the material is added to the Maintenance Job, you will get a PO Suggestion for it.
