I am heading into the Maintenance Management Module.
In initial testing, Starting from MJE, after adding an operation to a job, the right click - add material - the screen doesn’t allow the input of a quantity into the Quantity/Cost - Required Qty. The field is grayed out. Both a consultant and tech support say “that is not right”. No one has seen this before.
Anyone have an idea what setting could be wrong anywhere?
We are on 10.1.600.22
Consultant says 10.1.600.10 operates correctly.

This is odd situation that you are in. I would contact support. If may be the version but I just tried it in 10.2.300 and that it allowed me to put something in the for the quantity/cost each material I added.
