Does anybody have a way to change a lot in Epicor after it has been issued and sent to a subcontractor? We have created multiple jobs and issued material with a certain lot number. Part way thru the job, the customer called and gave us the wrong lot number. Since it is there material way we need to match their heat lot.
There is no way to change. You will have to reverse all the transactions with the wrong lot no. and enter new transactions with the new lot no.
