Hey, I made a copy of a BAQ Report to make an .rdl file. I am unable to upload that .rdl to the original report. Clicking the button tries to load the prompt but it goes away.
If I try to add a new filter to the copy, it makes a new line but typing anything or clicking on the dropdown menu locks the new filter and tells me Error and that I need to fill the boxes, but I can’t.
Just to check, I did make a brand new BAQ, named it and all but as soon as I try and edit the filters, it still locks up.
Looking inside BAQ, I see this and it says locked. Does this have anything to do why I can’t modify, if so, how can I unlock it?
So I found that the locked issue was because I was not the owner. I changed the owner to me but the BAQ Designer it still locks me out of adding new fields
I’ve had pretty bad luck with the Kinetic version of BAQ. The last time I attempted to use it, it didn’t support updatable BAQs nor could you even run them.
I created another menu item called Classic BAQ and mapped it to the Classic dll until the bugs can be worked out of the Kinetic version.
The BAQ I made, I can’t add options or filters while in classic mode either. It is like its locked out. I had another person try too and its locked for them as well.
Thats what I started to do. I took a BAQ and made a copy of it. I just can’t add a new field. I even tried starting a new BAQ entirely instead of copying and still can’t add an option or filter.
