Loading a BAQ in expanded view

Hi Guys,

We have a BAQ in our pilot system called transport board which our implementation consultant has built.

The BAQ is a list of all sales orders waiting to be shipped (and lots more but i won’t go into that) We need it to load in a particular way when opened – grouped by date and then by customer but expanded and not collapsed as the screenshot shows below.

Any ideas how to do it?

It should load these all open by date and then by customer – expanded (there could be 40/50 rows or more so you wouldn’t want to click through each one to open up but it needs to be in grouped view)

I’m guessing it doesn’t have a layer?

Open it up in application studio by clicking the three “…” in the top right → Application Studio

Click on the pencil icon, when it launches of your page where the data is displayed.
Example:

Find your grid, click on the funnel

You will see the grouping options appear and drag your columns up in your order you wanted.

In the advanced section of the panel card grid, tick.

Expand at run time…

Save your layer, publish it. Update the menu item with your new layer.
