Link Between Jobs and Sales Orders or Invoices in Vantage 6.10

I believe the JobProd table is what you need to use to create the link between your jobs and orders. The JobProd table contains JobNum, OrderRelNum, OrderLine and OrderNum.

The JobProd table provides the link between job head and order release
tables.

If your jobs are make to stock then this won't work for you. The
description for JobProd.OrderNum:



Related sales order number. For build to stock demands the OrderNum,
OrderLine and OrderRel fields are all zero

Another way to get the data is from the packing slip. Use the invoice to
get the packer which if shipped from the job, would have the job number
on it.
