Todd is right about the volume licenses. You will need to buy
the VLK media. It doesn't run home to Microsoft and try to register
itself when you install it.

Since you already have media (assuming current version is OK) I think 5
licenses, plus maybe recent pruchases for anything else, would bbe
sufficient for some level of an Open License Agreement. Pricing is
better than going to the store and buying boxes. Any of the
one-line/catalog retailers (CDW, Zones, Insight, PC Mall, etc...) can
quote it and set it up for you. I've bought all my Office type license
this way for quite awhile. MS just sends a PDF of a document saying
you're legit for X copies.
One caveat...I've never done this post-XP versions with tighter license
checking. You might need a special media kit version (usually costs $30
or so extra for one media kit that can be installed multiple times).
