Like to know if you can set a lead time by an item, by supplier. We have several items we stock that we get from multiple suppliers, each with different lead times.

You can set a lead time per supplier if you have a Supplier Price List setup.

To expand a little on what @Chad_Smith said, you can set a default supplier at the Part level (on the Sites tab), and also a lead time for that supplier. PO Suggestions will be generated using that supplier and that lead time. There is also an “urgent planning” field where you can have another supplier with a shorter lead time (but probably a higher price), and if you have a requirement for that shorter lead time Epicor will use that for PO Suggestions.
Additionally, you can create Supplier Price Lists for other suppliers, and in that space you can add lead times as well.
