has anyone had any experience launching a kinetic configurator from a classic screen?
we are getting the following errors and can not seem to find a resolution.
we are trying to uplift all our day to day processes to Kinetic.

I haven’t tried launching in that direction, I have launched from Kinetic screen to Classic Configurator. It looks like it may be trying to treat it as classic as the await operator isn’t supported in classic. It is needed in Kinetic but not in classic. If you are moving to kinetic on your other screens I would leave upgrading your configurator to kinetic to last. The kinetic configurator still has some challenges and especially when upgrading a classic configurator to kinetic not all things come through cleanly.
Hi Jim, thanks for this, our classic configurators are causing issues elsewhere in the business so we had the configurators built in Kinetic to also future proof them, we are now looking to uplift the customised screens which is proving…problematic but thats a different story!
