Error opening the Epicor ICE 3.2 Client, after successfully installing on a client PC. Am getting a pop-up labeled Launch Error “Access is Denied”.
Am the administrator on the client machine & have installed the same setup on 10 more PC with a positive outcome. Kindly assist.
The PC OS is Windows 7 32-bit (not sure whether this could be the issue)
Try to clear the user’s personalizations using personalization purge. Usually it is a main menu personalization.
It may happen when binding in client sysconfig does not correspond to binding in web.config.
Thanks for the feedback, what is the best solutions when the sysconfig doesn’t bind with web config?
may be lack of access to server URI mentioned in the .sysconfig?
I’ve seen this when there is an expiration date in the userfile table, if I remember rightly
