Launch a dashboard with a customization?

Hello everyone,

I have a custom dashboard setup, and after I deployed the dashboard I added a customization to it.

The dashboard does launch, however it does NOT launch with the customization I set up. And as you can see in the pic below, I do have it setup to launch with the customization.

If I launch it with developer mode on and select the customization, it launches perfectly fine, no errors and I can see through my labels that it’s working. Does anyone have any tips for getting the dashboard to launch with the customization set? Thanks in advance!

You have to tell the corresponding menu to use the customization:

and restart Epicor

@Hogardy I see what your saying. I got it to work that way, do you know how I could launch the dashboard with a button and still have the customization apply?

Your button would launch your menu ID …it should work.
