Last Cost updated by invoice price

After sending that email I started thinking about it - and I think you are right. It only has PO price at the time it would be transacted to STK or to a job as MTL.

I don't think Last Cost gets updated if the Invoice directly charges the Job for the Material and doesn't go into stock. Thats what I been seeing on my end.

Is there anywhere a setting by which Last Cost will auto update from the invoice cost on a part?

It seems odd that the PO value, receipt and invoice value are all independent of the Last Cost as updated at Cost Adjustment. Am I missing something?

You can charge the job directly on the P.O where the actual Material QTY and Price will go direcly to the Cost of the Job that its being charged to.

Last cost will be the PO unit price since this is what is tied to a
Inventory Transaction type: PUR-INS or PUR-STK
