Hi All,
We have just come across a problem with Landed Cost that I thought I'd better share with you:
* Receive a PO into (say) the default receiving Bin.
* Enter an Inventory Transfer to move the stock to different Bins.
* THEN go back to the Receipt Entry and enter the Landed Cost.
Vantage will totally mess up the new average Mtl Bur Unit Cost. Because the received quantity is no longer in the original Bin, it gets the quantities mixed up and so the cost calculation goes wrong.
We're on v8.03.406a/Progress and use Average costing.
We've just raised it with Epicor so I don't know if they accept it as an issue yet.
Nigel.
