Labor Edit Report by Employee/Date

Hi,
Look in your company configuration under data collection. There is
a box there to make labor hours equal payroll hours and a place to put a
work center in for idle time. This will catch the time when people are not
punched into anything. I think this should make the report come out right.
Thanks,

Subject: Labor Edit Report by Employee/Date

Went live on Vantage 5.0 last week. Trying to figure out the
above-mentioned report. Figured I'd ask here first before I try tech
support.

All our work centers are marked as split burden.

I'm trying to tie out the Pay Hours.

EX. Clock in 7:00
Clock out 15:30
Lunch 11:15 - 11:45 (we do have a scheduled lunch period in the shift
maint)
Pay Hours 7.67

Detail time Labor Burden
7:00 - 8:09 1.15 0.00
8:10 - 11:05 2.75 2.75
11:45 - 12:43 0.60 0.97
11:59 - 13:12 0.85 1.22
13:13 - 15:30 2.12 2.12

My question deals with the Labor equals 2.75 and Labor equals 2.12
times.
From my calculations it should be Labor equals 2.92 and Labor equals 2.28
respectively. Does Vantage not calculate it based on a 60-minute hour?
From what I figure...7:00 - 15:30 with a 1/2 hour lunch equals 8 hours!
Does anyone have an idea how it is calculating this?????

Thanks in advance!

Tricia
Does anyone have a Vendor report they would be willing to share? I need to
pick up all the purchase point information to show the contacts and phone
numbers that are found there as well as the information on the vendor
master. I'm still on version 3.0.
Thanks for any help.

There are some various vendor reports on Epicor's site at: http://support.epicor.com/common/downloads.asp?P=VANTAGE&G=VNX&HEAD=Miscellaneous%20eManufacturing%20Downloads

Look in the INVNTORY.PRL Library file.
