Kit setting

Hello everyone,

Our company has decided to use the kit from now on.
In which menu do you set up the kit components? I think once I know the menu, I can easily configure it, but can you still tell me?

You can add kit components in Engineering Workbench, the same as any other bill of material.

Or, you can add kit components manually on the Quote or Order.

This procedure is the same as adding material to any other bill of material. The only difference is that the parent part is a sales kit.

Also make sure in your part setup you check the correct selections for your kit. In conjunction to creating a KIT BOM in engineering workbench. Make your sales department confirm that all the KIT components populate correctly, or it will create a mess in inventory and generating 100% GM.
