I am trying to ship a kit part in the shipment entry, but the kit components are not loaded. Previously this part was handled fine, and we didn’t touch any settings. If we changed some settings, we could suspect it, but since we didn’t do anything, there’s nothing to suspect.
What’s the problem? Please help me.

so first check the part site settings for ship complete, then you will need to look at the sales order line as the flag s set there also, this will have to be done via an updatable BAQ to set this flag to true.
