I am trying to print from Purchase Order Entry, and it is a kinetic screen. Instead of the typical info for printing, it is just blank. I have cleared cache, went into Kinetic application and turned it off for PO Entry, and still the same issue.
Anyone else having this issue?
Not sure how to fix the kinetic screen, but will it load if you change your settings to Classic only? Home Page → Settings → Preferences → Forms to Use → Classic.
Only once. If I close it out and go back on, it does the same thing.
I ended upturning ALL Kinetic screens off and that fixed the issue
