We have just purchased Epicor Kinetic Warehouse and are looking for advice on best practices and pitfalls that you have encountered when implementing it. Epicor does not provide a roadmap for implementation that I have found, so maybe this post could help anyone looking for that information.

Troy, we are having a great experience with the tool. We found using some pieces of the material queue created an excellent flow on the floor for us.
The material queue manager help organize job picks and order picks as we assign the tasks to employees.
We use pcids for all pallets, so our barcodes are on the labels for each pallet. (pcids are an adventure).
We use move inventory for receiving putaways, stay away from material queue here. Job receipts we use PCID receipt to inventory.
The Proof of delivery function is helpful too.

Get some training from Epicor. They can help you understand how to add UD fields, this is different than you would expect.
Biscit can also customize the app for you, your license key will enable the custom functions.
