Kinetic Upgrade Broke Permissions

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to Kinetic and have started testing. My users are unable to access menus they were able to access prior to the upgrade. I tried fiddling with the security groups and menu security, but nothing appears to be out of the ordinary. Order Entry for example doesn’t have any permissions locked to anyone, but my salesperson cannot see the screen in the menu tree.

I made a test user with the same permissions and there was no issue. Should I just delete all of my users and restart on their security?

I expirecend a similar issue, check menu security maintained and check there are no clashes with the groups and also check the default privalge for the item.

Ironically, I removed their security groups and it fixed the issue. Now I need to figure out how to fix the security groups and menu security.

I’ll grab a screenshot when I am back in the office tommorow.

Back again with more menus missing. It is also so terrible trying to navigate menu security in this Kinetic UI. I can’t even see which setup screen is which because they only say setup.
