Users are resisting change.
On the entry screens how are folks showing users that the fields are blank and need to be filled? It is hard to see by looking at the fields to see which one’s need data to be entered as the label names are in the field.
Looking for ideas on what to present to the users as ways forward. anything will help

Hey Ken - Our company uses pre-processing BPMs to check for required fields. If a required field isn’t filled in, we throw an error message to stop the record from being saved or an informational message to remind the user but allow them to save the record.
Otherwise you could create a customization on the form to change the text color or do some kind of visual effect to show that the fields are required.
Good luck, if you can figure out a way to change user’s mindsets you will be a billionaire.
Browser zoom (Ctrl +) might help a little.
