Kinetic Office MES End Activity sporadically not launching for some users

We have a few users where the End Activity button in Kinetic Office MES does not always launch. They do not get an error message - it just acts like the button wasn’t clicked.

I have been able to recreate this in our PILOT environment but it is sporadic - will work for me sometimes and not others and I can’t figure out what causes it as I do the same steps. Sometimes my 1st attempt doesn’t launch, 2nd attempt throws a blank error, and then 3rd attempt finally launches. Other times it won’t launch no matter how many times I click. Then other times it launches first try.

Has anyone experienced this? We are using the smart client and not the web browser.

Finally figured out what was causing our issue with the MES buttons. Kinetic Office MES Login must use Tab key after entering Emp ID. DO NOT use the Enter key.
Using Enter key causes buttons (e.g. Clock Out, End Activity, etc.) not to work. The buttons appear to be available but clicking on them does nothing.

Epicor supposedly has a fix in the 2024.1 upgrade but we always flex out so we can’t test this until end of July.
