Kinetic Help Articles - Panels Won't Open

Hi,

I’m running through help topics from the Kinetic menu (not application help). It’s all good, except for the additional info panels – they won’t open for me:

Some setup issue? Permissions?

It looks like you are using Internet Explorer. Have you tried in Edge or Chrome?

Yep, that was it. It’s a little bit-o-fun to get there via an RDP app.

Yeah, I had to install Edge on our server too but I hated IE so it was worth it.
