the screenshot attached shows an updateable BAQ, what i would like to do is tick one of the boxes in the available stock, and then when i press the button that says ‘Send to Line’ i would like it to move the materal from its current warehouse to a different warehouse and bin.
once we are finished with the material, i would like to then select a tick box in the ‘Line Side Materials’ section and when i press the ‘Return Material’ button, it will then create a move material request so the Fork lift operator can put the material away wherever they can.
we already have this dashboard working and created by someone else in classic but i would like to get it working in Kinetic so we can get rid of the smart client on the shop floor.
The current dashboard built by a third party creates the move request in a classic screen by the press of a button, was hoping this is possible in kinetic too.
Updateable dashboards in the Kinetic forms are not quite ready for prime time. I’d HIGHLY recommend sticking with the classic view for any Updateable Dashboards and also standard dashboards that have a lot of publish/subscribe among more than just two panels.
Hoping this gets resolved in 2024.1 - but the jury is still out on it.
