Kinetic Dark Mode - Help Needed

I see that there is a way to turn on “DarkMode” on E10 when you are not using the Kinetic interface but cannot seem to find it within the preferences tab when using Kinetic. Has anyone found a way of enabling it, or does this functionality exist?
