We have recently upgraded to Kinetic 2021.1.17 and have had intermittent errors with dashboards that we have attached to the menu tab. (We are still using the Classic menu for this reason.)
However, we get an intermittent error when opening Kinetic. Not every time but at least 1 in 3. If you have multiple dashboards as tabs it’s not always the same dashboard and normally the error stops the tab from appearing.
If you open the dashboard up from the menu it works fine.
Some BAQs missing from current Company. Please contact system administrator.
Have also made sure the dashboard BAQ’s are for all companies and shared and have a security added to them.
Added the dashboard to the menu as well, also cleared the client cache.
Just interested if others are having this issue or if it’s just us?
We have also excluded the recommended anti-virus directories.
