Hello,
we just convert epicor 10 to Kinetic 2023,
when we login, if we choose menu style, classic, modern, no problem. but if we choose kinetic, we got following error

any ideas?

check app server and home page connections in your sysconfig file, They must use https, not tcp.

they are. appserverurl and homepageurl are https

Ooooh!
Here’s my guess. Configure Token Auth. Just hit generate.
I have seen this before - cant tell you for sure though.
Could also need db regen or something with Firewall / IIS settings.
