HI Experts.

I have an issue with a part in a BOM that I am trying to use Kanban receipts on. I have the part the materials and the operations and it is approved.

I get this message below when I use the Kanban receipt on the part, and would appreciate some insight on fixing this error.

Cannot complete. Job must have at least one operation to complete backflush

I’ve not seen this before, but make sure the materials are actually assigned to one of the operations. If you add the operations to the MOM after the materials, I don’t think they get assigned.

I’ve only seen this when we had a subassembly within the kanban’d part, in which there was a single backflush operation with no following operation to trigger it.
