JobHead not available during Global scheduling

Getting this error when running Global Scheduling: “JobHead not available”. What does this mean and what would cause this?

You didn’t happen to ever figure this out, did you? Just had the issue come up and yours was the only post I found.

Two hits when searching for “JobHead not available” in quotes…maybe it’ll help, maybe not…
