Job Traveler Forms for E9

Anybody have any Job Traveler forms they're proud of and could share?
I'm looking for new ideas. We're on 9.05.700b and are mostly machining
operations but I have four different plants and product lines that have
different needs. I don't see anything in the Files => Crystal Reports
section here.
