I seem to have some kind of a setup problem with my account, printer, etc. When I print preview a job traveler(Crystal report) it’s 19 pages. On other people’s PCs if they print or print preview the same report it’s 4 pages. It’s as if Epicor/Crystal thinks I want to print on tiny pieces of paper. Any ideas where the setting is to say I want to use a standard page size for print preview for crystal reports?
What is your default printer set to on your PC? I’ve seen that sometimes if you have a Label Printer set as your default Printer on either your PC or in Epicor (yes, I’ve seen these be different) then it will bring the report preview up in one of the Label Printer sizes and each page will be something like 4x6 in size.
