Job Report - Open Jobs and Operations

Does it have to be a printed report? I created a dashboard for our people to keep open and see what needs to be done.

Typically there are 100 jobs with each job having an average of 5 open operations. We have other reports that generate fairly quickly, but this one seems to be taken much longer.

IS it typical that a job report that displays all open jobs with open operations would take a minute or two to generate? I'm primarily using the JobOper table, but the report takes a while to load.
All depends on how many open jobs you have, how many operations you have per
job, what reporting tool you are using, what connection type you have,
server/client speed, hard disk speed, I/O bottlenecks, CPU speed and RAM.
