Job Planning and P.O. Suggestions

If you receive a PO 'short' you should check both the RECEIVED COMPLETE and the ISSUED COMPLETE checkbox of the receipt. If you do so there will not be another suggestion generated for the remaining quantity.

Sub Contract Operation is complete via the PO RECEIPT process.

Looking for how others handle this scenario.

1. Create Job for 100 pcs.
2. Create P.O., from New P.O. Suggestions, for 100 pcs.
3. Post Labor/Quantity... Opr. 10 / 100 pcs.; Opr. 20 / 98 pcs. + 2
Scrap; Opr. 30 (Subcontract) / Do you ammend the P.O. to reflect the
change in quantity? Do you adjust the Job quantity to reflect the
change in quantity?

I don't see any way to resolve the P.O. Suggestion for the 2
outstanding pieces. I also don't see any way to complete the
Subcontract operation.
