Job Operation Comment

Hi team

I have added a BPM in JobEntry.Update that gives a message whenever a user is changing the operation from any to other, it is working well. But then they want the message to only show if there is a current Job Operation comment on the operation that user is trying to change. And I could not seem to make it work. I feel like I’m in the wrong BO… We are wanting to keep the original operation comment even users change the operation. Anyone who has achieved the same?

It will help you get the unchanged data check for a comment then do what else you need to do.

Record before and after update

I want to email an alert when a UD field on the OrderHed record is changed - I can achieve this by capturing the Updated field value but would also like to include in the Alert the value prior to the update - how can I achieve this?
